Michał has over 20 years of experience in financing a wide range of corporate clients from various industries, including the largest enterprises. It includes both work on the business side as director of the Credit Structuring Department and managing corporate risk teams. For 16 years, he was a member or chairman of credit committees at leading international financial institutions. He specializes in structuring loan transactions to finance both the current operations of enterprises and investment and consolidation activities, mergers and acquisitions (also in leveraged structures or with the participation of private equity funds), delisting of listed companies, or financing of real estate and hotels. He also has extensive experience in the restructuring of credit exposures, including comprehensive financial structures involving many financial institutions and derivative instruments.

Jacek deals with negotiating real solutions in restructuring processes, both contractual and those provided for in proceedings covered by the Restructuring Law. A long-time manager is responsible for the restructuring and debt collection of the largest exposures from title business loans at the bank. Member (also chairman) of creditors’ committees in restructuring proceedings and bankruptcy. He has experience monitoring the implementation of the assumptions of the implemented restructuring due to his functions on the supervisory boards of restructured companies listed on the WSE in Warsaw. Marzanna has over 25 years of experience in broad-spectrum financing for corporate clients from various industries and segments. For many years, she managed teams of banking specialists and was responsible for achieving sales goals while maintaining portfolio quality. She took an active part in preparing loan applications, recommending and arranging financing structures, negotiating the structure of transactions, the security structure, consolidation, and so-called soft restructuring. She has many years of experience in presenting and defending applications at bank credit committees and in negotiations with credit risk departments. Currently, she works for entrepreneurs in the field of obtaining both working capital and investment financing, including the entire process from preparation and submission of the application to payment of funds, arranging the financing structure and collateral, and representing clients in negotiations with banks.
