Monika has extensive experience in financial and business consulting for entrepreneurs, in particular in the fields of structuring (refinancing) and debt restructuring. Over the years, in international financial institutions, she managed teams in corporate banking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She works on behalf of entrepreneurs by representing them in obtaining financing from banks and mezzanine funds and structuring bilateral and syndicated financing. She coordinates the development of business plans, financial models, and consolidation of companies, and then handles the financing granted, acting on behalf of the borrowers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of financial restructuring, both „soft,” involving the termination of loans, and „hard,” regarding restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, depending on the case in which she works, on the part of the banks or with the consent of the banks, apart from the consent of the banks, on the part of the restructured entrepreneurs. She has successfully advised on many restructuring proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monika also provides business consulting in the field of acquiring investors for entrepreneurs, managing the entire investment process, and coordinating the work of legal and tax advisors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
